We are on most
insurance plans and are participating providers for MediCare as well, but it
is a good idea to call ahead and confirm that we are contracted with your
particular plan. Additionally, you should bring your insurance card
with you each time you visit our clinic, so we can verify any changes in
your coverage. We will file your claims and deal with the carrier for
payment, but we are required to collect the co-pay and deductible, if
applicable. We ask that you be prepared to pay for these at the time
of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and
credit/debit cards.
