Dr. Fisher lived in Panama during his
childhood years. His father was an official with the
Panama Canal. He received his
bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Philosophy from the
University of Oklahoma. After
graduating from the University of Oklahoma
College of Medicine, he
attended the University's Family Practice Program. He became board
certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine in 1991. He was
on the clinical faculty at the University of Oklahoma in the Department of
Surgery, Section of Emergency Medicine and Trauma.
