Gilbert Medical Center has an Allergy Department where allergy testing is performed either by skin testing (MULTITEST) or blood testing (RAST). Food allergy testing is also performed on site. Allergy shots are given by a nurse that devotes her entire attention to allergy patients. You can even bring in your own Rx and she will perform your injections. Because she is available to give shots immediately, allergy treatment is not time consuming. She can also administer and provide asthma and allergy medications. Patients can also receive the latest education on how to avoid food and environmental allergens.
